The meeting room is the lower level classroom of our visitor center. This is our only indoors facility available for rentals. Facility rental fees for the meeting room space include tables, chairs, and A/V equipment as available.
The meeting room opens onto our beautiful donor patio overlooking the central pond, making this a great location for gatherings of all types. The fire pit in the donor patio is available for use upon request.
Capacity: 75 people maximum
Rate: $50 per hour

All renters must sign a rental agreement.
50% of the total rental fee is due at the time of registration, with the remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to the date of the rental.
At the time of booking, renters must provide credit card information or $100 check to be held on file as a security deposit in case of damages to the facility.
Renters shall have access to the space 30 minutes prior to the start time of their rental for set-up, and 30 minutes following their rental for clean-up.
Any decorations must be removed by the renter.
