Watch live demonstrations, try hands-on activities, and see how sap is turned into syrup over an open fire. Don’t miss the All-You-Can-Eat Pancake Fundraiser with Guinness World Record pancake flippers, Chris Cakes! Enjoy delicious pancakes topped with real maple syrup while supporting Fenner Nature Center. This annual tradition is free to attend, with maple products available for purchase to help fund conservation and education programs.
