Monarch House: Participate in Citizen Science

With the Monarch House program at Fenner Nature Center, you can contribute to the management of this critical species.

Aligning with the 2016 Monarch Conservation Implementation Plan, program volunteers will work alongside naturalists, students and biologists as they assist in monitoring the health and stability of our existing monarch habitat and population. Program volunteers assist with rearing of larvae, health and parasite monitoring, and migratory tagging. Volunteers also survey monarch habitat throughout the park and plant milkweed.
