What is World Migratory Bird Day?

World Migratory Bird Day is an annual celebration that highlights the amazing journeys of migratory birds and raises awareness about the need to protect the habitats they rely on. Each spring, millions of birds pass through our region, making this the perfect time to learn about and appreciate the birds in your own backyard.

What is Citizen Science?

Citizen science invites everyday people to help collect data and make real contributions to scientific research. By observing, recording, and reporting what you see in nature, you help scientists and land stewards like us learn more about local ecosystems and how to take care of them.
