Are you looking for something different to do for your child’s birthday party? Come out to Fenner Nature Center and let the plants, animals, and a Fenner Naturalist engage the children in a fun and educational program.

Birthday Party Package: $200
- 2 hour rental of the Visitors Center lower level
- Additional 30min before and after for setup & breakdown
- Preset tables & chairs, fridge/freezer access, private bathrooms
- Separate entrance which looks out onto Fenners Central Pond and dock
- Choice of a Naturalist-led birthday party program lasting 45-60 minutes in length for a maximum of 20 children.
- Additional children are $5 per child (30 children max)
Program Topics:
- Reptiles & Amphibians (SEASONAL) – Do you know the difference between a reptile and an amphibian? Find out with Fenner Naturalists through wild exploration and a live encounter with one of Fenner’s ambassador species. Explore these creatures amazing adaptations, and discover reptile and amphibian species that live right here in Michigan.
- Wildlife Habitats – Our environment is filled with diverse species of animals and plants living right in our own backyard. Children will join Fenner naturalists as they explore the animal and plant habitats that make Fenner Nature Center special. If you have a favorite native species that you would like our Naturalists to include information about in the program, please contact Fenner’s Program Manager at 517-483-4224 for details.
- Nature Navigators – Have you ever wondered how to navigate your way through the wilderness? Party guests will learn different ways of navigation and join Fenner Naturalists on a hike through the woods that is both fun and useful for getting children to think about their surroundings.
All Fenner Birthday Party Programs include outdoor activities. Please dress appropriately.
