With todays emergent environmental concerns, it is imperative that our youth build connections to nature. A field trip to Fenner is an opportunity for your students to gain ecological understanding, reinforce materials that have been presented in the classroom and to teach awareness about their own role in the world around them.
School Programs: K-12
- $150 per class (0-30 students)
- Programs are 90 minutes long
- Up to 1 adult for every 3 students, including teachers, classroom aids, and chaperones are permitted to join us for no cost
- Admission for additional chaperones or siblings is $7.50/person

Registration
To register, call (517) 483-4224 or email programs@mynaturecenter.org. A minimum of two weeks notice is required to book a program. Payment for programs is due in full two weeks prior to the date of the program unless otherwise stated.
Fenner Nature Center programs are taught outdoors, rain or shine. So, please dress for the weather.
Cancellations
Cancellations that occur less than 48 hours in advance will not be refunded and will be responsible for any remaining balance due. We will work with you to reschedule any programs that must be cancelled due to weather related school closures.

The Rose Zack Youth Birders Education Fund
This scholarship provides an opportunity for classrooms within Ingham, Eaton, Clinton, and Shiawassee counties to visit Fenner Nature Center for a nature-based learning experience centered around bird conservation and natural history.
